Automation, Networking and Cybersecurity

Founder of ACKNET

Systems Engineer · International MikroTik Consultant

A systems engineer by profession, specialized in designing and deploying secure, highly available data networks, as well as protecting information under international cybersecurity and compliance standards.

ACKNET was born from that experience — a company dedicated to driving the technological growth of homes and organizations through connectivity, cybersecurity and automation solutions. Our goal is for data networks to evolve at the pace of each business, ensuring stability, security and high performance.

We also design automation solutions tailored to each organization, eliminating repetitive processes that consume time and resources without generating direct value for the business. We automate operational tasks to reduce costs, minimize errors, increase productivity, and free up teams to focus on the strategic work that drives company growth.

We also develop AI agents that serve customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They answer frequently asked questions, schedule appointments, send notification emails, share photos, price lists and promotions, offering fast, courteous and personalized attention. This way, businesses improve their customer experience, increase sales opportunities, and make sure no contact goes unanswered, even outside business hours.
